House Sale Karma?
Keep your fingers/toes/whatnots crossed for us - our Realtor showed the house last night to a couple who really seemed to like it. This may be our first nibble - and just in time for us not to have to put more money into the place.

Fingers crossed for your good luck, then! :)

Hey, with all the good karma that the two of you deserve and are owed, I think it's safe to chill the champagne.

(But my fingers are crossed, anyway, since Clif is all too correct when he claims that "the universe is basicly inimitable to life forms.")

I'll go downstairs and set St. Joseph on his head in the Hibiscus pot.
Couldn't hurt.
Might help. : )

I like that custom, wherever it came from! I think I'll go stand a few saint statues on their heads myself!

Lessee, there's one in the college campus garden.....

Be careful, or the hibiscus pot might get sold!

My sister (who is not gullible) has told me about a friend who was trying to sell her house. Another friend gave her a statue of St. Joseph to bury in the yard, but FriendA thought it was silly and threw out the statue.

A week later, the landfill was sold.

I swear I'm not making that up.
