Made It!  

Thinking of going ahead and dropping to 175 so I can have a little leeway, but I'm where my doctor and I agreed I should try to get to.

Congratulations! Encouragement for maintaining that weight.

I made the mistake of getting my annual physical in December, a.k.a. Holiday Eating Month, and in consequence have been on a cholesterol-lowering diet. I also began daily exercise in January. My "overall" cholesterol score has dropped 70 points and I've lost 25 pounds. Funny how eating less and exercising more has that effect.
