Dr. Who - Utopia
Damn.

Yeah, yeah, I'm the last person to watch Season 3, so who needs a Spoiler Alert.

But...damn

ladyat was extremely impressed with me that I knew Sir Derek was the Master almost as soon as I saw him going into those little convulsions.

And, ohh, how I wish they'd kept him.

But having The Master live Life on Mars is cool, too...

Just damn.

Those three last episodes were beyond amazing. The only thing that would have made it better would have been that it was Rose taking on the roll as Savior, but I'm not bitter.

Brilliant beyond belief! I'm only sad cause we can't nominate the three episode arc as a single entry for the Hugo.

The last 6 episodes of DW S3 were utterly astounding. Just better and better.

"Blink" is quite possibly the best episode they've *ever* done.

Totally agree about "Blink". Really scary.

I really loved the end of series 3. Coincidentally, the last episode was on last night, so we rewatched it because it was there. Derek Jacobi was fantastic, but I do love me some John Simm. :-)

Have you got Life On Mars S2 in the US yet? We're getting ready for its follow-up series, Ashes To Ashes, which stars Philip Glenister as the Guv again.

Season 3 starts again on BBC America next week, and I am looking forward to seeing as much of it as I can - I missed a lot of it on Sci Fi, but I DID already see the end of S3. I was SO pleased.

As much as I loved the earlier Whos, and have several favorites for almost everyone of them (sorry Sylvester!) The work on the revived series has been nothing short of brilliant. I love it.
